By using İlanyap, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Service

İlanyap is an online service that enables real-estate photos to be edited with artificial intelligence. Service features may be updated from time to time.

2. Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for the actions taken under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Acceptable Use

• Only upload images you have the right/permission to use.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Do not misuse the service or endanger the security of the system.

4. Intellectual Property

The images you upload belong to you. You may use the outputs you produce in your listings. It is the user’s responsibility to exercise due care regarding the legal/copyright status of AI outputs.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI outputs are provided “as is”; absolute accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. İlanyap cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that arise.

6. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms. In determining the competent authorities for disputes, consumer legislation is reserved.
