Fernabsatzvertrag

1. Parties

Seller: Ömer Ayaz (sole proprietorship, İlanyap), Koza Mah., Esenyurt / İstanbul, Esenyurt Vergi Dairesi — Tax No: 1080487924, Email: info@ilanyap.com, Phone: +90 212 706 36 94.
Buyer: the consumer making a purchase through İlanyap.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the digital services (credit packages and/or subscription plans) that the Buyer purchases electronically through İlanyap. The service provides a “credit” balance used to edit images with artificial intelligence.

3. Price and Payment

Service fees are shown on the sales page in Turkish Lira (₺) and VAT included. Payment is made through the infrastructure of the contracted payment institution.

4. Performance

The digital service is performed immediately after the payment is approved; the credit balance is added to your account right away.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content/services performed immediately, if the Buyer gives explicit consent for the service to start immediately and accepts that they will lose the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. This consent is expressly obtained during purchase.

6. Disputes

For complaints and objections, the Buyer may, within the relevant monetary limits, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts.
