This Information Notice has been prepared by Ömer Ayaz (“İlanyap”) as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity/contact: name, email address.
• Account security: an irreversible hash of your password.
• Content: photos you upload and project data.
• Transaction security: IP address, session/cookie information, usage logs.
• Payment: purchase records (card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by us).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Providing the service (image editing, project management).
• Creating and managing your account.
• Payment and invoicing operations.
• Security, fraud prevention and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Data may be shared, in a limited manner, with hosting/CDN service providers, the payment institution (e.g. Iyzico) and the artificial-intelligence infrastructure used for image processing. Where transfer abroad is involved, the relevant provisions of the KVKK are complied with.

6. Retention Period

Data is retained for the period the service is provided and throughout the statute-of-limitations/retention periods in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You can delete your account and your images at any time.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction/deletion, to object to processing and to request compensation for damages. You can send your requests to info@ilanyap.com.
